Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Anna Gunn is an American actress. Her other appearances comprise Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with acting during the Preparatory School she attended before her family relocated to Ohio in the late 1970's. She was a theatre student at Northwestern University and spent a semester studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was a part of a couple of seasons in Chicago theatre before moving on to television and film. Anna had her first big role as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in the year 1992. In addition, she appeared in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. It was not until the end of the 1990s that she took on the role of The Practice. Martha Bullock, a character that she played for a period of two seasons in Deadwood's second season. Skyler was her role on Breaking Bad. Sully and Deadwood were also the highlights of her career. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production directed by David Schwimmer. Gunn also appeared in the audio drama podcast series of four parts called Numbered Days, which was launched in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and final break-up echoes the last years of Walter White's personal life.
